Seeking candidates:

  • Elaboration of a job offer tailored to the specific requirements and needs of the client and publication on relevant websites;
  • Analyzing the existing data base with the clients’ needs in mind;

Selection of candidates:

  • Preliminary selection of candidates on the basis of their CVs
  • Job interviews in order to get to know the candidates and verify information provided in their CVs;
  • Carry out knowledge tests or skills questionnaires, depending on the position;

Presentation and recommendation of candidates:

  • Recommendation of selected candidates;
  • Making appointments of candidates and the employer

Follow-up: 

  • Monitoring the work of the recruited employee;
  • Assigning substitutes if needed;

Should the candidate fail to meet the client’s expectations – conducting another recruitment process;
