Information clause RODO

Having regard to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council dated 27th April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC and regulations of Personal Data Protection Act (RODO), we inform that:

 

  1. Personal data provided in relation to job offers sent by candidates in order to be registered in the recruitment data base are collected by R.G.M SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ  SPÓŁKA KOMANDYTOWA seated in Gdynia, entered in national Court Register kept by Local Court in Gdynia – National Court Register no. 0000731923, NIP (tax id. no.): 5862331737, REGON (statistical no.) 380254246 represented by Wioletta Jurczak – President of Management Board.

 

  1. Personal data is collected and processed in order to proceed the recruitment process by R.G.M. sp. z o.o. sp.k. and enable presentation of candidates to prospective employers seeking staff or contractors.
  2. Processing of personal data shall be on the basis of:
  • art. 6 section 1a RODO – upon consent for processing of personal data for a specific purpose or for specific purposes,
  • art. 6 section 1c RODO – in order to fulfill Data Collector’s legal obligations,
  • art. 6 section 1f RODO – in order to process or secure claims.
  1. Personal data shall be received by appointed employees i.e. employees in the Recruitment Department, and third persons – prospective clients seeking contractors who entrusted recruitment tasks to R.G.M. sp z o.o. sp.k by concluding an agreement of cooperation with R.G.M. sp z o.o. sp.k.   
  2. Entities seeking contractors/employees who have concluded with R.G.M. sp z o.o. sp.k. an agreement on processing of personal data for purposes of recruitment, become data processors (Processors).
  3. Personal data shall not be made available to third persons, with the exception of situations when a statutory obligation requires to make such data available to competent authorities.
  4. Personal data shall be kept for the period between receipt of consent for processing of personal data for recruitment purposes by R.G.M. sp z o.o. sp.k. until withdrawal of such a consent or until request to remove the data from the data base.
  5. You have the right to request access, rectification, removal, limitation of processing, withdraw the consent to process or to transfer your personal data.
  6. You have the right to withdraw the consent for processing personal data any time. Withdrawal of the consent does not affect legality of processing personal data on the basis of the consent prior to the withdrawal.
  7. Should a consent to process personal data be withdrawn or should a request be filed to remove personal data before completion of the recruitment process – the recruitment process shall be closed immediately.
  8. Personal data shall not be processed in the course of automated decision making or profiling.
  9. If there is a breach of rules in data processing you have the right to file a complaint to supervisory body appointed for Republic of Poland (President of the Personal Data Protection Office).
